Lucha contra plagas animales y vegetales, ley 6264 – Reforma Agraria

 

EL SENADO Y CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE

 

LEY

 

ARTICULO 1.- Agrégase como inciso j) del artículo 1º de la ley 6264, el siguiente texto: “Colaborar en la lucha contra las plagas animales y vegetales”.

 

ARTICULO 2.- Derógase el decreto-ley 6873/963.

 

ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
